During our Christmas stay, we were actually surprised by the comfort and cleanliness of the hotel rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay more fun. We made good use of the swimming pools and spa/fitness facilities, well-maintained. the hotel's location provided convenient access to the city center, with public transportation options available.

The hotel is situated in a peaceful location, near the Buda hills, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Although the public areas appear outdated, the rooms offer comfortable beds and the bathrooms are clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy the pools and spa facilities, which are well-maintained. Even though the breakfast options are limited, the hotel offers a variety of amenities such as meeting rooms and a private parking area for added convenience.

Guests may be disappointed by the overall condition of the hotel and its outdated public areas.

The location was convenient, with easy access to tram and bus stations. The sauna and thermal pools were a nice bonus. The bed in my room was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Good breakfast in main restaurant, preferred over Executive Lounge option. Convenient tram network access. Proximity to Christmas Market. Friendly staff in spa area. Great location, with pleasant employees. Chilly lobby but convenient for tram and nearby attractions.

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were modern and comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaner, but overall, it was a great experience. The hotel facilities, including the pools and saunas, were relaxing and easily accessible. The location was excellent, with easy transportation to the city centre and proximity to St Margaret's Island with its beautiful gardens. We also found it convenient to attend a nearby music festival. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and fresh, making our mornings enjoyable.

There were some problems with the staff not being very helpful in certain situations.

Spa facilities are great when working. Staff are friendly and helpful, even accommodating a room change with complimentary drinks. Building is fabulous, spa and pool are relaxing. Location is a bit far from city center but near a train station for easy access.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right on the river with spacious and quiet rooms. It was so convenient to have public transport right beside the hotel. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff ensuring we had a great time. The facilities were fantastic, especially the spa and wellness center. We loved relaxing in the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. The garden area was beautiful and peaceful. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Spacious and cosy rooms, comfortable beds, excellent location, reasonable parking, free WiFi. Has its own thermal baths. Close to transit. Guests with physical handicaps will appreciate the spacious and quiet rooms.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful and accommodating, fulfilling our special requests without any additional charges. They provided a comfortable cot bed with bedding for our baby. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a sauna, swimming and other pools, as well as a jacuzzi. The spa receptionist was particularly helpful and friendly. We also loved the bathroom mirror lighting with a relaxing atmosphere for bathing with bath salts and music. The hotel's location was convenient, close to transportation and within walking distance of the main bridge and a music festival we attended. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and inexpensive.

The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, allowing me easy access to explore the city. The staff were attentive and offered helpful recommendations for things to see and do. The beds were comfortable and the staff at the executive suite, specifically Monika, were very helpful. The hotel also had a great pool area with three pools, two thermal and a sauna/steam room/jacuzzi. the hotel was conveniently located just a 4-minute walk from the tram stop, making it easy to explore the city.

The hotel charged a significant fee for bringing a small dog, which seemed excessive.

The parking at The Aquincum Hotel was plentiful and convenient, making it easy for me to bring my car. the buffet breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff were professional and helpful throughout my stay. The bed in my room was comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to public transportation and numerous restaurants nearby.

Really good breakfast, excellent location, great public transport, walking distance to Margit sziget, relaxing and comfortable stay, good quality food.
